Shipping and Processing

Processing: Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order for shipment. Standard processing time to create your items is 3-5 business days plus shipping transit time. If you need your item sooner rush fees for expedited processing and Express shipping will apply. 

Within 24 – 36 hours of placing your custom order I will email you a proof of your maps or designs for approval or revisions. Two revisions are included in your order. Extra fees will be applied to additional revisions if needed.

Domestic:

Standard Ground Shipping with Tracking: 2-7 business days

Express Overnight Shipping Available

International:

Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Business days are Monday – Friday excluding holidays. 

Due to the giftable nature of our items we may experience delays during peak holiday times. I will contact you via email if a significant delay is expected.

Returns

I gladly accept returns and exchanges on all non-customized items

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept cancellations, returns or exchanges for custom or personalized orders.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damages

I package all my items carefully but in the rare event that an item arrives damaged please keep the packaging for insurance purposes and send me photos of the damaged product and packaging within 3 days of delivery.

I will gladly send out a replacement for any damaged product if contacted within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

In some instances, I may ask you to return a product for insurance purposes. In this case I will provide you with a return shipping label at my expense. 

Custom and Personalized Orders

Many of our items can be customized with maps and designs of your choice. Details of options available for customization will be included in each applicable product listing.

Coaster/Trivet Sets can be made up of one location divided into quadrants over all four coasters or four separate locations. Within 24-36 hours after your order is placed you will be sent a proof of your locations or designs for approval or revisions before I create your products.
